After 15 years in corporate, banking, and finance roles, Anna has been providing bespoke consultancy services through Lion Consulting for the past three years. She also serves as an Independent Investment Committee Member for Harbour Asset Management's Sustainable Impact Fund.

Anna’s experience spans senior leadership positions at PwC, ANZ, WSP, Z Energy, Harbour Asset Management, and Jarden. Her expertise covers corporate finance, financial markets, strategy, and risk management. With six years of specialist experience in climate finance and strategy, Anna has led decarbonisation strategies, ESG and climate reporting, and climate risk initiatives.

Inspired by her late grandfather, pioneering climate scientist Dr Athol Rafter OBE, Anna is passionate about helping businesses adapt to a new climate future. She focuses on investing in resilience and maximising the strategic and financial opportunities that the climate transition brings.
